    Earnings vary and are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; challenge completion, workout duration, workout type and account rank. Earnings range from 5 to 100 credits. You must workout 4 days a week to maintain your earnings. You will lose your entire balance if you fail to workout 4 days a week. Balances reset every Monday at 12am EST. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
