It’s simple, workout 4 days a week and earn rewards. Accumulate your earnings by staying on track, but be careful, skip a workout and you’ll lose your entire balance. 

You must workout 4 days a week between Monday of last week and Monday of this week to meet the challenge requirements.

Getting paid is easy. You’ll earn credits each time you workout but you can also earn credits in many other ways. Click here to see a full list of ways to earn credits.

Your accumulated credits can be redeemed for cash, gift-cards, merchandise and more. 

Important: You must workout 4 days a week to maintain your credit balance. If you miss 1 or more workouts you will lose your entire balance. You may workout as many times as you wish per day, but you will only be credited for 4 workouts per week.

You’ve got options! Get paid via PayPal, Bitcoin, gift-cards, merchandise and more. 

You’ll earn between 10 to 150 credits per workout. The amount paid depends on the length of the workout (3 to 60 minutes) and your current leaderboard ranking.

If you do not workout regularly you’ll lose your entire balance. You must workout 4 days a week to maintain your balance.

If you skip one or more of your weekly workouts, your balance will reset. Balances are reviewed for credit deletion every Monday between 12am and 4am eastern-standard time.
